At a time when everything is becoming more and more digital and increasingly dominated by AI, Angelo Kelly is committed to authenticity – on all levels! The songs on the new album "ALIVE" were written, arranged and produced entirely by him. If you look at the lyrics of the songs, you will quickly notice that a lot has changed in his life. He opens up more in his songs than he ever would in an interview.

The way this album was produced couldn't be more authentic!
AK: "It was important to me to record the album completely analogue on a tape machine – without a computer. My band and I were all in the same recording room and recorded my new songs together in 'One Takes'. Nothing was corrected, and there were no overdubs or additional recordings! So the recordings are certainly not perfect, and they most likely won't be played on the radio, but that's the only way to make music that still excites and interests me today."

The album was then also mixed completely analogue on tape. And for all those who get this work on vinyl: The mastering was completed in the last step by Chris Bellman analogue.
